Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Namo Farm Ltd, a company incorporated in Kenya. These terms apply to all orders, collections, and commercial dealings with us. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Namo Farm Ltd website at namofarmltd.vercel.app, contacting us for the purpose of placing an order, or collecting goods from our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Business Customers
Our services are intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale clients including hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, schools, food manufacturers, and retailers. We do not supply individual retail consumers through this channel.
Capacity to Contract
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a binding commercial agreement on behalf of your business entity, and that your business is legally registered and operates in compliance with applicable Kenyan law.
Orders & Collection
Order Process
Orders must be placed by calling or messaging us on 0792 929494 (call or WhatsApp). All orders are subject to availability. An order is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from a Namo Farms representative specifying your quantity, grade, and collection window.
Minimum Order Volume
We reserve the right to impose minimum order quantities. These will be communicated at the time of enquiry. We are under no obligation to accept orders that fall below minimum thresholds.
Collection Only — No Delivery
Namo Farm Ltd operates on a farm-gate collection model exclusively. We do not offer delivery services. All clients are responsible for arranging their own transport to our facility on Kajiado-Mashuuru-Isara Rd. Exact GPS coordinates are provided upon order confirmation.
Collection Windows
Collections must occur within the agreed window (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Arriving outside your confirmed window may result in your order being made available to other clients. We accept no liability for spoilage or loss resulting from a missed collection window.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing
All prices quoted are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, reflecting market conditions. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your order confirmation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on your account history and volume. Standard terms may include payment on collection or agreed credit terms for established clients. We reserve the right to require full payment in advance for new accounts.
Invoice & Records
A delivery note or invoice will be provided at the point of collection. It is your responsibility to verify quantities at the time of collection and raise any discrepancies before leaving the premises. Claims cannot be entertained after the goods have left our facility.
Quality & Returns
KEBS Compliance
All eggs supplied by Namo Farm Ltd are produced in compliance with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements. Grade selection is carried out on-farm and is subject to the inherent natural variation of agricultural produce.
Inspection at Collection
Clients are strongly advised to inspect their order at the point of collection. Our staff will facilitate inspection of your consignment. Quality claims will only be considered if raised before the goods leave our facility.
Breakage & Handling
Risk of loss, breakage, or damage passes to the client at the point of collection. Namo Farm Ltd accepts no liability for breakage or deterioration that occurs during client-arranged transport or after the goods have left our premises.
Shortfall Claims
Any claims regarding quantity shortfalls must be raised within 24 hours of collection and supported by written documentation. Approved claims will be remedied by a credit note or replacement at our discretion.
